Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Free domestic shipping on one-time orders above $150, and on subscription orders!

Orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific using next day air or 2nd day air will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Pacific will ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday – Friday excluding U.S. national holidays. Overnight shipments placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m Pacific will be scheduled to arrive the following Monday.

Orders that are being sent to post office (PO) boxes can only be shipped and delivered through USPS.

Orders may require a signature upon delivery. Select a shipping address where a signature can be obtained.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping for Subscribe & Save orders. International Subscribe & Save orders pay applicable shipping rates.

Orders shipping to Canada

Canadian orders can be placed online with USPS option for shipping. Any special requests for shipping carriers must be placed over the phone. We do not guarantee a specified time frame for shipping of Canadian orders.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost; these charges are the purchaser’s sole responsibility.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our sole warranty regarding our products is that the products purchased shall be materially free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from their purchase date. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to allow purchasers to return products to us for a refund, subject to the conditions described in this Return Policy above. In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages howsoever arising, related to such products including, without limitation, based on any shipment delays or workmanship defects and our maximum total aggregate liability for direct damages with respect to any products ordered from us is limited to the purchase price actually paid to us by the purchaser of such products.
